Facility and Kennels

The kennels and training facilities at Ridgewood Kennels are first rate. The kennels area contains 45 individual dog runs with a sloped and guttered concrete floor and plastic barrel houses, all under an open metal-frame building with high metal roof. The grounds at the kennels cover 15 acres and have lighted fields, contain areas appropriate for "bench work", basic obedience work, and many fundamental gundog training concepts. Numerous training ponds are available at the kennel location for introductory and technical work, as well as allowing the dogs room to play and exercise. We also have access to other nearby properties to keep our training options fresh.
